Weight care.
The whole picture.

Medical care, diet and nutrition, daily habits, and ongoing support. A physician-guided approach to your health, with GLP-1 evaluation when appropriate.

Explore the approach

More than a prescription.

These are the services we’re bringing together. Details, availability, and what is included will be confirmed before enrollment.

  1. Evidence-based medical care

A physician reviews your health history and goals, with an approach informed by current clinical guidelines.

  2. Diet & nutrition

Practical guidance around food, eating patterns, and nutrition, shaped around your needs and daily life.

  3. Habits & whole-person health

Movement, sleep, stress, and behavior considered alongside your medical needs.

  4. Medication evaluation

Discuss treatment options, including GLP-1 medications when appropriate. Your physician decides whether medication fits your care.

  5. Ongoing follow-up

Regular check-ins to discuss progress, tolerability, and questions. Treatment changes stay with your physician.

  6. Bariatric specialist coordination

When specialist evaluation is appropriate, the planned approach includes helping coordinate next steps with bariatric specialists. Referral arrangements are being developed.

The right care starts
with a conversation.

Your physician will consider your history, goals, and available evidence before recommending treatment. We’ll explain the options, the follow-up, and when another specialist should be involved.

  • A physician makes clinical decisions.
  • Recommendations informed by current guidelines.
  • Clear explanations of options and next steps.

Prescriptions are not guaranteed. Medication, laboratory work, and specialist services may have separate costs.

A simple start.
An ongoing relationship.

We’re designing care around the conversation, the plan, and the follow-through.

  1. 01

    Start with your story.

When care opens, share your health history, your concerns, and what you want help with.

  2. 02

    Talk with a physician.

Meet by video. Your physician reviews the details with you and recommends the next step.

  3. 03

    Keep moving forward.

Follow a care plan with check-ins, progress reviews, and adjustments made by your care team.

AI supports.
Your physician decides.

We’re building AI tools to help organize the information you share and prepare it for your physician. More context for your visit. More room for a conversation.

Your physician will review your history, talk with you, and make the diagnosis and treatment decisions. AI will not independently diagnose, prescribe, or change your medication.

Clear answers. Before you start.

Questions are part of good care.
Here are a few to start with.

Is this only a GLP-1 program?

No. We’re planning a broader obesity management program that brings together medical care, diet and nutrition, daily habits, medication evaluation, and follow-up. Medication may be one part of the plan when your physician determines it is appropriate.

Will I receive a GLP-1 prescription?

A prescription is not guaranteed. A physician must review your history, discuss options and risks with you, and determine whether medication is appropriate. Specific medication availability will be confirmed before launch.

Can you connect me with a bariatric specialist?

Specialist coordination is part of our planned approach when a bariatric evaluation is appropriate. Referral relationships and the process are still being developed. Any outside consultation, testing, or procedure may have separate costs.

What is included in the program price?

The program and its pricing are still being finalized. We’ll publish what is included, follow-up details, and any separate medication, laboratory, nutrition specialist, or bariatric specialist costs before enrollment opens.
