No clinician-patient relationship
Using this website, joining our interest list, or sending us a message does not create a clinician-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you have completed our intake process, we have accepted you as a patient in writing, and you have been seen by one of our clinicians.
Services in development
Parts of this site describe services that are not yet available, including our obesity medicine program. Descriptions of planned features, timelines, and capabilities are statements of current intent, not commitments. They may change or be discontinued, and nothing on this site is an offer to provide care or a guarantee that a service will launch.
The interest list
Joining our interest list adds your contact details to a list we use to share news about our services. It does not reserve a place in care, does not create any obligation on our part to accept you as a patient, and does not constitute enrollment in any program. You can ask to be removed at any time. Information you submit is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use this site. By using it you represent that you meet both conditions and that any information you give us is accurate and current.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its underlying systems;
- interfere with the operation of the site, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it;
