This policy covers website and marketing information. It does not govern your medical records. If you become a patient, the health information we create and hold about your care is protected health information under HIPAA and is governed by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which controls wherever the two documents differ.

Interest-list entries are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Medical records, where they exist, are retained under the separate schedule that applicable law sets for them.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold, including encryption of traffic to and from this site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
